A woman's peak reproductive years are between the late teens and late 20s. By age 30, fertility (the ability to get pregnant) starts to decline. My mom has a left ovary endometriotic cyst measuring 32x24 mm with internal echoes inside it. There's also a bulky uterus with multiple fibroids around 32x26 mm and an endometriotic lesion on the posterior wall about 24x14 mm. Should she consider surgery for this or are there other options? What does this mean for her health?
