I'm noticing some albumin in my urine for the past month or so. It's been bouncing between 1 and 2, though now it's less than 1. Sometimes it still goes up to 1 or 2. Should I be worried about this? Could there be an issue with my kidneys or something else with my urine?

This can be a sign of kidney damage or dysfunction. To help reduce the albumin in your urine and protect your kidneys, you can take medications such as ACE inhibitors like Enalapril 10mg once daily or ARBs like Losartan. It is important to also follow a low-salt diet and stay hydrated. Regular follow-up with your healthcare provider is recommended to monitor your kidney function.

Can a urine dysmorphic RBC test really tell if the blood in my urine is coming from my kidneys or the urethra? I had results showing 1012 cellshpf in my urine, but when I did the test again 4 days later, it dropped to 12 cellshpf. Does this mean it was a false reading, or could the sample have been off? I'm a bit confused about what to make of these results.

Yes ideally Dysmorphic RBCs indicate renal problem, but in your case as it is an incidental finding for once and is not continuing you can ignore it,if you are woried visit Nephrologist for evaluation and appropriate management

I've noticed my creatinine level went up to 1.46 again, and my protein creatinine ratio is at 0.95. I'm taking Cap Neoral 100100, Azoran 75mg, Wysolone 5mg, Telma 40mg, Prolomet XL 25mg daily, and Inderal 20mg twice. Last month, I had a similar issue with my S.creatinine and creatinine protein ratio, and my doctor increased my dose of Wysolone to 30mg, which brought my creatinine down to 1.2. But now it's back up to 1.46 again. The doctor is suggesting I should go for a biopsy, and I'm kind of stressed about it. Do you think I should proceed with it? I'd really appreciate your advice.
