View allI've been having some concerns lately about my digestion. Over the past few days, I've noticed undigested food in my stoolthings like brown rice, pineapples, and papayas. Along with that, I've been dealing with mild abdominal cramps and somewhat solid stools. It's frustrating because I often feel the urge to go, but then nothing really happens. Sometimes, I even see mucus and fat in there too. Could this be IBS? I'm also wondering if it's necessary to get a colonoscopy or endoscopy at my ageI'm 28 and physically active. There's no blood in my stool, but I'm worried about these other symptoms. What do you think?
There could be IBS or any other hepatic conditions, needs evaluation, visit Gastroenterologist for evaluation and appropriate management.

Can I use Anovate ointment for a burning sensation in my butt during and after using the toilet? I've been really uncomfortable and I'm not sure if this is the right treatment. What do you think?
Yes, Anovate ointment can help soothe burning sensations around the anus, especially after bowel movements. However, it's important to ensure you're not dealing with an underlying condition like an infection or fissures. If the discomfort persists, consulting a doctor would be a good idea.

I'm experiencing chest pain off and on throughout the day, and it often spreads to my shoulder and left hand. I've been to a cardiologist, and she mentioned it's not a heart issue. All my tests have come back normal, but I'm still concerned about the pain. Which kind of doctor should I see next to figure out what's going on? I'm really confused about the next step.
Since your cardiologist has ruled out heart-related issues and your reports are normal, your chest pain radiating to your shoulder and left hand might be due to musculoskeletal problems, such as costochondritis or muscle strain, or even nerve-related issues. A consultation with an orthopedic specialist or a pain management specialist might be beneficial to evaluate these possibilities. Additionally, if stress or anxiety is contributing to your symptoms, seeking advice from a mental health professional could also be helpful. They can provide strategies to manage anxiety which might help alleviate your pain.
