View allI'm really concerned about the Ime9 diabetic tablets. Are they legitimate, or is there any issue with them? I want to make sure they're safe for my parents to use. Is there any chance they might be fake?
IME-9 is a legitimate ayurvedic supplement marketed for blood sugar control, manufactured by Charak Pharma; however, its efficacy and safety for diabetes management are not extensively scientifically proven, and it should not replace conventional medical treatment;

I've had gynecomastia under just my right nipple for the past 13 years it stays the same size but hurts when I press it. Does ayurveda offer any treatment options that don't involve surgery?
For gynecomastia, Ayurveda may offer herbal treatments or massage therapies to reduce breast size, but surgery is generally more effective if the condition persists.

I had laparoscopic ovarian drilling done last week and my doctor said I can start trying to conceive next month. What supplements or diet changes should I focus on to improve my chances of getting pregnant naturally? I want to make sure I'm doing everything right to boost fertility after the surgery
Yes. Your chances of Ovulation will increase and so will your chances of conception. IUI is just a shade better than natural conception because it is timed nicely according to Ovulation. Also the semen is prepared. Even if you go for IUI you should continue your efforts for natural conception.
