I've been using this salicylic acid face wash called Speelac, as my doctor suggested, but after just two days of using it twice daily, my skin's feeling super dry and hurts a lot. It's like I can feel my skin burning when I put on any ointments. Is this something normal or should I be worried? I've also been using Acnemoist and Derivative CMS gel. Would appreciate any insights on this!

Can I use Lobate GM on my face? I'm really upset because of all these pimples and black spots. I'm fair-skinned, but my face is just covered with them, and it's really bothering me. Do you think this cream could help?

It is best not to use Lobate GM on your face, especially for acne, due to the risks of side effects like skin thinning and worsening of acne

My dad has a nail infection, and we were told to use Loceryl nail lacquer for it. But it seems like none of the pharmacies have it in stock right now. Could you suggest another nail lacquer that might work similarly? I'm a bit concerned about finding the right alternative for him.
