View allI'm a 26-year-old guy from Bangalore and I think I might have gynecomastia. I've been hitting the gym for the last 6 months but not seeing proper muscle growth. I'm not overweight but my beard growth is patchy and my chest looks bigger than it should. Could this be low testosterone? I'd prefer non-surgical options can you suggest what medications might help and recommend a good doctor in Bangalore to check my condition?
It's possible you have gynecomastia, which can be caused by hormonal imbalances or certain medications. While low testosterone can be a factor, it's essential to consult a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment. They can measure hormone levels and rule out other causes

I'm 17, around 72 kg, and have male breasts. Not sure if it's gynecomastia or just chest fat since I'm on the heavier side. Surgery isn't an option for me can this be treated with medication? It's been like this for 3 years and really affects my confidence. Are there any non-surgical solutions?

Can diabetics eat pasta?
One can still enjoy pasta, just do portion control and go for whole wheat, which will increase your fiber, vitamins, minerals and reduce any resulting blood sugar spike (when compared to white pasta).
