Why am I being given levofloxacin and amoxicillin along with comebutol and macox plus 600 for my tuberculosis treatment, when I thought the usual meds for this are rifampicin, isoniazid, and ethambutol? I've been on medication for 8 months already and just feeling confused about this change.

I'm really worried because a year ago my tuberculosis test came back positive and since then I've been dealing with some menstrual problems. I went for ayurvedic treatment and thankfully my report turned negative, but now my test is positive again. My recent USG report mentioned 'koch's abdomen'. Plus, my periods haven't improved, and I'm experiencing pain on my left side and a lymph node in my armpit. I'm not sure what to do. Can you help?

I'm having a bit of trouble with my breathing, especially when I'm climbing stairs. I've been using my inhaler, and I've also had the Prevenar 13 vaccination back in 2018 and the FLUQUADRI 0.5ml booster in July 2019. My doctor has mentioned I need another vaccination for this season, especially with the monsoon coming. Could you let me know if the FLUQUADRI 2020-21 vaccine is available in Electronic City, Bangalore? Any insights would be really helpful.
sorry for late answer
