Why am I being given levofloxacin and amoxicillin along with comebutol and macox plus 600 for my tuberculosis treatment, when I thought the usual meds for this are rifampicin, isoniazid, and ethambutol? I've been on medication for 8 months already and just feeling confused about this change.

I've noticed that sometimes my sputum has a really bad smell in the morning, but I don't have a cold or feel sick in any other way. I'm generally healthy otherwise. I'm curious if this could be a sign of something more serious, like lung cancer? It doesn't happen all the time, just occasionally. Should I be worried?

I noticed that both yesterday and today, while I was drinking water, I had a cough that caused a mild pain in the left side of my chest, right under the collarbone. It lasted for about 2 to 3 minutes after I coughed. What could this be? Should I be worried about this kind of pain occurring every time I drink?

take syrup ascoril twice a day for 5 days

I've been dealing with some chest pain and discomfort since I had COVID back in late April. I tested negative by early May, but about 10 days later, I started feeling pain in both my lungs and back. I talked to my doctor about it and they had me take antibiotics, but that didn't really help. Now, the pain is mostly on the left side and stretches up to my neck. I tried painkillers for five days and that gave me a little relief, but the pain comes back once I stop the medicine. I also had an online chat with a pulmonologist in June and they suggested Chymoral Plus for a week, saying not to worry too much. My CT scan severity index was 525 in early May. I'm just wondering what steps I should take now for better results. Could you offer some advice?

start some respiratory exercises and yoga. if still symptoms Persists consult a pulmonologist
