With the advice of my gynaecologist, I underwent a follicular study today. Today is day 12. My report shows DF right ovary 32x25 mm, DF left ovary no DF, endometrial thickness 6.3 mm, free fluid in POD no, uterus normal size 98x53x44 mm, anteverted in position. Can you please explain if there is any problem with this report?

The dominant follicle in the right ovary appears mature, and the endometrial thickness is within a reasonable range. This suggests a likely ovulation soon. Continue to follow your doctors guidance for timed intercourse.

View allI recently had blood tests taken on day 3 of my period. The doctor mentioned an initial stage of a cyst or fibroid. I have regular periods. My TSH level is 5.970. I also underwent an HSG test. I have been reading online that PCOS can affect fertility. I have been married for a year and we are planning to have a baby. I am scared and want to know: Will I be able to get pregnant? Are fibroids or cysts permanent, and can they be treated? I want to get pregnant and would appreciate guidance on my situation.

Could you please review my report and let me know if there is any issue on my side that could affect fertility? My wife is not getting pregnant, and her menstrual cycle has been irregular (varies by 5 to 10 days) since our marriage, whereas it was regular before marriage. Please advise on what could be the cause and what steps we should take.

Hi, I am having a lump in my chest near the nipples. I am also having hair loss and skin darkening all over my body. I went for hormonal tests because I was feeling I am having hormonal issues. My report suggests abnormal estrogen levels. Please suggest me the solution to balance it?
