Blood report: I am feeling weak and have stomach digestion problems. Mesenteric lymph nodes largest size detected 8x4 mm. Vitamin B12: 137, Vitamin D: 11.94, Hemoglobin: 17.

You have severe B12 and D deficiency, which may cause fatigue and digestion issues. High hemoglobin might need monitoring. Start supplements for B12 (oral/injection) and Vit D (weekly cholecalciferol). Avoid alcohol, ensure hydration, and eat a balanced diet.

Would you recommend taking Vitamin B12 supplements, or should I try to improve it through natural dietary sources first? Also, what would be an ideal or healthy Vitamin B12 level for someone of my age (27 years) and height (5.11)?

I consulted a doctor because I was having balance problems and vertigo, and I was told I have a vitamin B12 deficiency. My test result showed a level of 193. The doctor prescribed Neurobion Forte, Monobe (thiamine), and a multivitamin. I have been taking these medicines for the past 22 days. Although my symptoms have improved, I still have some problems. How long will it take to fully recover?
