Doctor, my ANA test report is positive at 2.86, and my ESR is 25 mm/hr. Could you please explain what these results indicate?

ANA positivity may suggest autoimmune disease, especially if symptoms like joint pain, fatigue are present. ESR 25 is mildly raised. Consult a rheumatologist.

We also did several tests including blood and urine, but nothing abnormal was found. However, after taking the medicines, her fever seems to be getting higher. The doctor is still unable to identify the reason for her fever. What could be the possible cause?
