Doctor, my ANA test report is positive at 2.86, and my ESR is 25 mm/hr. Could you please explain what these results indicate?

ANA positivity may suggest autoimmune disease, especially if symptoms like joint pain, fatigue are present. ESR 25 is mildly raised. Consult a rheumatologist.

View allLast week, 1.5 liters of fluid was removed from the space between my lungs. Since then, I have been experiencing rapid weight loss, loss of appetite, bitterness in the mouth, constant fatigue, and a persistent cough. All lab reports have come back normal, and TB has been ruled out, but the doctors have not been able to give a clear diagnosis yet. I have been noticing white and red patches on both my palms after carrying bags, which disappear within 4 to 5 minutes. This was not happening 4 to 5 years ago. Could this be related to vitamin deficiency or general weakness? My blood reports, haemoglobin levels, and sugar levels are normal (I have been on diabetes medication for the past 10 years). Please advise

I suffered from viral fever one month ago. After 2 to 3 days I got red rashes all over my body. Dengue and Chikungunya tests were negative. Now, since one month I am suffering from acute joint pain. My blood report for ANA is strongly positive. Please suggest?
