Good evening, my name is Chiranjeevi. I am 28 years old. In a recent blood test report, I was told that I have high cholesterol and low vitamin D. I am a vegetarian. Please help me with some medication to reduce cholesterol and increase vitamin D. I sometimes face pain when I sit on the floor. Please suggest some medication?

For high cholesterol, reduce fried and fatty foods, increase oats, fruits, and exercise. For low Vitamin D (common in vegetarians), supplements are advised.
