Hello Sir, my father is a diabetic patient. His urine report shows P++++ albumin, full field pus cells, and 12 RBCs. Which further tests should be done now to understand his condition better?
Answered by 1 Apollo Doctors
High albumin, pus cells, and RBCs suggest urinary tract infection or diabetic nephropathy. Immediate consultation with a nephrologist or physician is advised. Blood sugar control is also essential.
