The values suggest mild reactive changes, possibly post viral or nutritional. Please do a Peripheral Smear and Vitamin B12 and Iron Panel to find the cause. Take these tests to understand the cause of altered counts.
Dr. Shaik Suggests...
Take a PERIPHERAL SMEAR Test or Take a VITAMIN B12 Test

View allMy baby is 1.6 years old. Last week, he had fever, cold, and cough. Now, the fever has subsided and he only coughs occasionally, but I have noticed that he is more cranky than usual and sleeps a lot. Is this normal post-viral behavior, or should I be concerned about his activity level? I am a bit worried. I have attached his blood report for your review.

My blood report shows RBC normocytic normochromic with mild anisopoikilocytosis. WBC shows lymphocytic predominance with mild eosinophilia. Platelets are adequate on the smear. What does it mean? Thank you.

I experience evening shivering, fever, headache, and body pain. My blood report taken on Friday was normal, with no positive results for malaria or typhoid. Still, the fever returns daily in the evening with shivering, and after taking Dolo 650, it calms down for 3 to 4 hours. I started Lumerex 80 mg yesterday. Please advise if hospital admission is required?
