Hi Doctor, I received my Widal test report, which shows O is 1:160 and H is 1:80. I am experiencing only a cold, cough, and occasional weakness. Please let me know if this indicates typhoid.

These titres may indicate past exposure or mild infection. If no fever or abdominal symptoms, typhoid is unlikely. Monitor and repeat if symptoms worsen.

Take a CBC Test (Complete Blood Count) Test or Take a ESR Test (Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate) Test

I have been experiencing fever around 104F for the past 3 to 4 days, which sometimes comes and goes, along with a bad sore throat, dizziness, flu symptoms, and fatigue. I had a Widal test for typhoid, and the result came back positive. The report also notes that titres in excess of 1:80 are probably significant.
