Hi, I had intercourse on 12th July and took an iPill on 13th July. From 15th to 20th July, I experienced heavy bleeding and noticed a brown colored clot on the pad. Since the bleeding ended, I have been feeling severe nausea and pain on the left side of my abdomen. It has been more than 3 weeks now. I am attaching a pregnancy test report that I took 7 days ago. My last period was on 10th June, and my period has not started this month yet. Please suggest if I need to take any further tests.

Delayed period and nausea can occur post ipill. Repeat a urine or serum pregnancy test to confirm status if periods have not started.

View allI had my period for six days. On the 9th day after my period, we had protected intercourse, but due to some confusion, I took an ipill within 48 hours. I experienced a small amount of brown discharge with some clots and abdominal pain, for which I used a sanitary napkin. I took a urine pregnancy test after the brown discharge, and it was negative. Could I still be pregnant?

My report mentions that I have an anteverted uterus with no focal lesions, no free fluid in the POD, and no ascites. The endometrial thickness is 9.3 mm. I have not had my period yet. I have PCOD, and I ovulated around the 21st, while my expected period date was the 23rd. Could you please explain what this report means.
