Hi, I recently received my Widal test report and other blood counts. The results are: S. Typhi O: 1:160 S. Typhi H: 1:80 S. Paratyphi AH: 1:20 S. Paratyphi BH: 1:20 Total WBC Count: 12,200 cells/cu.mm Platelet Count: 2.71 lakhs/cu.mm Could you please help me interpret these results? Do they indicate typhoid infection or something else?

O 1:160 may indicate recent typhoid exposure. Raised WBC supports infection. Clinical correlation needed; antibiotic only if symptomatic.
