Hi, Is it safe to take vitamin tablets daily? If so, which ones should I take? I have been diagnosed with Vitamin D deficiency, and I am considering taking all vitamin supplements regularly.

A Vitamin B12 test may be done if you have weakness or tingling, as B12 deficiency is also common. A repeat Vitamin D test can be done post taking treatment.
