Hi, For the past two days, I have been noticing yellow mucus when I spit for the first time in the morning. Last month, I had a complete blood test done, and the only abnormality was slightly elevated lymphocytes. I have Gilbert syndrome and vitamin B12 deficiency, while my vitamin D levels are normal. I have also been experiencing pain in both knees for the past 15 days. I got an Xray done, but the doctor said everything looks normal. I am currently taking Shelcal HD and A to Z daily. Could this indicate any inflammation or infection in my body? Is yellow mucus in the first spit normal?

The doctor prescribed Neurobion Forte for 10 days and Meconerve Plus for 15 days. I am experiencing daily nausea, lightheadedness, and headache. I want to know if my Vitamin B12 level will increase with this treatment and whether I should stop taking Meconerve Plus, as it is causing me significant discomfort.
