Hello, my dad (age 50 years) experiences extreme anger. Due to this, we conducted a complete profile test including blood test, vitamin test, and urine test before and after food, but we were not satisfied. Vitamin B12 estimation shows serum B12 of 217. Please suggest which homeopathic medicine to take to control the vitamin B12?
