I experience numbness in the fingers of my hand when I wake up. My blood reports are normal, and I do not have diabetes. I also performed the Phalen test, which did not indicate symptoms of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Please advise what could be causing this and what I should do

Finger numbness on waking can be due to nerve compression from sleep posture or vitamin deficiencies. Normal Phalens test reduces the chance of carpal tunnel. Avoid sleeping with wrists bent, and gently stretch fingers and wrists. Check Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D levels to rule out deficiencies that can cause nerve symptoms. If numbness persists or worsens, consult a neurologist.

I consulted a doctor because I was having balance problems and vertigo, and I was told I have a vitamin B12 deficiency. My test result showed a level of 193. The doctor prescribed Neurobion Forte, Monobe (thiamine), and a multivitamin. I have been taking these medicines for the past 22 days. Although my symptoms have improved, I still have some problems. How long will it take to fully recover?

My 5 year daughter has premature white hair around 30. Her B12 test report is 890. Doctor prescribed placentrex gel, octomop tablet two times a week and B complex with vitamin C syrup. I am very worried as her B12 is already high. My husband also had premature white hair in school. Kindly suggest. Should I stop medication? Is any other test required? How to stop white hair?
