I have been experiencing lower back pain. Last year, I had a similar type of pain, which was found to be due to vitamin deficiency and was successfully treated with medication. Now, the pain has suddenly started again. Please suggest what I should do.

Lower back pain returning after it was previously linked to vitamin deficiency may indicate your vitamin D or B12 levels have dropped again. It is common for deficiencies to recur if not maintained through diet or supplements. A Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 test will help check your levels. Meanwhile, maintain light stretching, proper posture, and regular sunlight exposure. Follow up with your doctor for treatment if deficiency is confirmed.

Take a Vitamin D Test Test or Take a Vitamin B12 Test Test
