I have been experiencing vertigo (chakkar) daily for the past 10 days. I am also undergoing treatment for back pain. My recent blood tests show: Blood pressure: Normal Blood sugar: Normal ESR: 55 mm/hr (elevated) RA factor: 4.8 I do not understand why I am experiencing vertigo continuously. Could you please explain possible reasons for this and suggest useful treatments?

High ESR suggests inflammation. RA factor is normal. Vertigo may be due to cervical spondylitis or inner ear issue. Consult neurologist or ENT.

Hi doctors, I did my regular blood report which came normal, but my ESR was 25 mm. I do not have any symptoms nor have I had any infection recently. Why is it high if the normal range is 0 to 15? Please suggest. Is it too high? I am worried.
