I have done a pregnancy test, and it is negative, but my periods have still not started. What could be the reason, and what should I do?

If repeated tests are negative and no periods, check thyroid and hormone levels. Can be stress related or PCOS. Do TSH, FSH, Prolactin, and Pelvic USG.
Dr. Yusuf Suggests...
Take a TSH Test (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) Test or Take a FSH Test (Follicle Stimulating Hormone) Test

I visited a doctor, and she prescribed Prevent N tablet for 3 days, but my period did not start by 9th Sept, so I did a serum hCG test, which came back as less than 1.20 mIU/mL. Even today, I still have not had my period. What should I do next?

My period was due on March 18, but I missed it. After waiting 7 days, I took Regestrone twice a day for 5 days. Bleeding started 3 days after stopping the pills, but the flow is very light, red in color, and not brown. I am not experiencing spotting, and my pregnancy test is negative. Why am I having such a light flow?

I completed the course, but my period still has not started. I do not have thyroid or hormonal problems. What could be the reason, and what should I do?
