I have a frequent urge to urinate but pass only a small amount of urine. There is slight pain on the left side of the kidney area. This happens on and off. Can this be worrisome? I did a blood check up last month: creatinine 0.89, GFR 84. I have attached my blood report. Please help?

Kidney function is normal. Could be early UTI or bladder issue. Monitor fluids. If persists, consult a urologist.
Dr. Siri Suggests...
Take a Urine Routine Test Test or Take a Urine Culture Test Test

View allDear respected doctors, I have been facing reduced urine output. When I drink water, it takes 1 or 2 hours to urinate. Earlier, it used to take hardly 15 to 20 minutes, but now it is sometimes normal and sometimes very little. My water intake is approximately 2 liters. Recently, my blood test showed urea 18.9 mg/dl and serum creatinine 0.60. USG KUB shows fatty liver grade 1, mild features of PCOD, and a simple renal cortical cyst measuring 35x40 mm. My question is, are any of these findings causing this trouble or do I have a kidney problem? Please provide appropriate guidance.

I have attached my urine report. One doctor advised me to take Uribid 100 mg twice a day. I am currently on day 25 after COVID, with a temperature around 99.2F. My CRP is 0.1, CBC is normal, and D dimer is 90. Based on my urine report, could you please advise if I need to take Uribid 100 mg twice daily?
