I have just received my Widal report and I have a query regarding how to interpret it. Can you help me understand whether it indicates typhoid or not?

A single Widal test is not very reliable. A titre of more than 1:160 for S. typhi O/H may indicate recent infection. Consider repeat test or TyphiDot.

Take a Typhidot Test Test or Take a CBC Test (Complete Blood Count) Test

S. Typhi O 1:40 dilution, S. Typhi H 1:20 dilution, S. Para typhi A H less than 1:20 dilution, and S. Para typhi B H less than 1:20 dilution are the results of the lab test. Is this typhoid severe and how many days will it take to cure?
