I have a known allergy to dust and have been taking Cetirizine, but it does not seem to be providing much relief. I have attached my report for your review. Should I consider a stronger dose or an alternative medication?

If symptoms persist, doctor may increase antihistamine dose or switch to a longer acting secong generation anti histamine drug like bilastine. Consider allergy testing or consult an allergist.

I have been suffering from frontal sinus issues since 2005. I use an inhaler once or twice every two years. My ESR is 35, eosinophils are 12, and the rest of my blood report is normal.
