I have a known allergy to dust and have been taking Cetirizine, but it does not seem to be providing much relief. I have attached my report for your review. Should I consider a stronger dose or an alternative medication?

If symptoms persist, doctor may increase antihistamine dose or switch to a longer acting secong generation anti histamine drug like bilastine. Consider allergy testing or consult an allergist.
Dr. Bhanu Suggests...

Sir, I have been struggling with cold allergy for months. If I miss my medication even for a day, I experience severe cold symptoms the next day, including sneezing about 14 to 20 times every 10 seconds. I have consulted multiple doctors but have not found a cure yet. My blood report shows an eosinophil count of 704 (normal range 40 to 440). Please suggest a better treatment option.
