I have vitamin D and calcium deficiency. However, taking calcium supplements causes my hair to turn gray. I tried taking calcium with vitamin D, but after stopping the vitamin D dosage, my vitamin D levels went down again.

Deficiency in vitamin D and calcium may require long term care. Hair greying from calcium is rare could be coincidental. If vitamin D drops again, maintenance doses may help. Retest before adjusting supplements. Get a repeat Vitamin D Test and Serum Calcium Test.

There is no patch on any other part of the body, only on the neck.
