I recently did my lipid profile test. My results show HDL: 36 and Apolipoproteins: 108, which are outside the normal range. Please advise on what steps I should take to manage these levels. I have attached my report for reference.

HDL is low, ApoB slightly high, both raise cardiovascular risk. Increase physical activity, omega 3 intake, and reduce trans fats.

I am 25 years old and not doing heavy work, just office work. Sometimes I get pain in my left chest when I feel afraid or panic. During the pain, I do not have sweating or breathing problems. May I know why this happens? Is it due to cholesterol or something else?
