I recently had a hemogram test. My results show: Packed Cell Volume (PCV): 33.5 percent (low) Hemoglobin: 11.6 g/dL RBC count: 3.90 million/microL Are these values concerning, and should I consult a doctor? Please advise as soon as possible. Thank you

PCV 33.5 and Hemoglobin 11.6 show mild anemia. RBC 3.90 is normal, no urgent issue. May be due to low iron or vitamin B12. Improve diet: include leafy greens, dates, jaggery. Do Iron Profile and Vitamin B12 Test.
Dr. Ezhilarasan Suggests...
Take a Iron Studies Test Test or Take a Vitamin B12 Test Test

I sometimes experience brain fog, pain at the back of my head, and a sensation of being off balance while walking. Sudden head movements cause dizziness, and I also have difficulty with eye movements. Could you please help me understand what these symptoms might indicate based on my report results?

I am a 28 year old male and have been experiencing hair loss for the past 8 years. As per my doctor advice, I got my iron, vitamin, and TSH tests done. Three months ago, my TSH was 30, but after taking medications, it is now 4. My B12 level is 280, and my testosterone has increased to 980. I do not drink, smoke, or take any supplements, and I follow a desi diet. Can someone review my report and advise me, please?
