I'm a bit worried because I used to have a vitamin D deficiency and went through a 3-month therapy for it. Lately, I've been feeling those same symptoms again, so I decided to start taking vitamin D supplements. But after taking the second 60,000 IU dose, I got a test done, and it showed my level at 40 ng. I'm wondering if this higher reading is because I just took the dose the day before, or if this is normal?
