I'm a female and have been struggling with this issue for about three years now. Every time I masturbate at night, I wake up the next morning with really intense stomach pain that lasts for around four days. During those days, the pain is so bad that I can't even eat because it makes the pain worse. I've noticed this only happens after I masturbate; otherwise, I'm totally normal. I've gone to several gynecologists, but none have been able to help. I'm really desperate to find a solution to this. What could be causing these severe stomach pains after masturbation, and how can I get relief?

Masturbation can sometimes trigger or worsen these cramps in some individuals. To help alleviate the stomach pain after masturbation, you can try taking over-the-counter pain relievers. Additionally, applying a heating pad to your lower abdomen may also provide some relief. Make sure to stay hydrated and get plenty of rest during this time. If the pain persists or worsens, please consult with a healthcare professional for further evaluation and management.

I'm dealing with IBS and malnutrition, and every year my CBC shows high lymphocytes. This has been the case for the past 10 years, and I'm really wondering why this keeps happening. Could there be a connection between my IBS, malnutrition, and the high lymphocytes? Is this something to be worried about? I'm looking for some advice on whether there's something specific I should be doing or looking into.

The immune system may be activated in response to inflammation or infection in the gut, leading to an increase in lymphocytes. It's important to address the underlying causes of your IBS and malnutrition to help normalize your lymphocyte levels. It's crucial to consult with your healthcare provider for proper evaluation and management.

I've been eating raw rice for over two years now and I usually eat quite a lot every day. I'm starting to wonder if this habit could be bad for my health. Is eating raw rice harmful?

Eating raw rice can be harmful as it may lead to various health issues. It can cause digestive problems such as bloating, gas, and constipation. In severe cases, it can also lead to nutrient deficiencies due to the phytates present in raw rice that can interfere with nutrient absorption. I recommend seeking medical advice to address this habit.
