My 15 months old daughter is having fever cough and cold since last 6 days. She was coughing and having severe cold which is now reduced somewhat. Still coughing is there. At start she was getting fever around 99 to 100 degree in every 8 hrs but now she is getting fever in every 6 hrs. Pediatrician told us to do xray and blood report. I have attached the same in the chat. Xray report is also normal. Now doctor told to get urine tested. She had UTI 3 months back. Can someone suggest what should we do now? We are giving her currently maftol ascoril and matrax drops as prescribed by doctor.

Since the fever pattern has changed and there is a history of UTI, it is important to rule out infection recurrence. X ray is normal, so urine test is crucial now. Continue prescribed medications and monitor hydration.
