My herpes report came back negative, which is great, but I'm a bit confused about something. My IgM level is 0.1 and my IgG level is 0.4, not at zero. What could these levels mean? Should I be concerned about these results even though the test is negative?

I'm really unsure about what to do. A local mentioned I might have eczema, and I've tried various creams like Fourderm, but nothing seems to work permanently.
