My LMP was 26th January. Yesterday I did a Beta HCG test because in my UPT it showed negative. Today the report came and my Beta HCG blood report shows 26.22. This is positive or negative?

HCG above 5 indicates pregnancy, so 26.22 is positive but very early. A repeat HCG test in 48 hours should show doubling if the pregnancy is progressing normally. UPT may still be negative due to low hormone levels.

My sister has undergone two IUI cycles with injections. She is currently on Duphaston 10, Gestofit 400 SR, DHEA Sure, and Primiwal E4. Today is her 15 DPO, but her urine pregnancy test is negative.
