My recent blood test shows a Vitamin D level of 12.08 ng/mL, while my serum calcium level is normal at 10 mg/dL. Should I take only a Vitamin D supplement, or a combination of Vitamin D with calcium? Please advise. I have attached my report for reference.

You have vitamin D deficiency. Calcium is normal, so only Vitamin D3 supplements (like cholecalciferol) are required unless advised otherwise by your doctor.

Take a 25-HYDROXY VITAMIN D (D2+D3) Test

View allMy blood report shows a very low total vitamin D level of 6.53. My doctor advised me to take Vitamin D3 Uprise once a week. She said to take it in the morning, but I am not sure if it should be on an empty stomach or after breakfast. Can you guide me?

I am suffering from vitamin D deficiency, with a level of 8.83 ng/mL. I have been taking D3 Must 60K chewable tablets (1 tablet weekly) from Mankind Pharma and have taken 4 tablets over the past month. Is this safe? If not, what is the alternative and the proper dosage for my level of deficiency? If it is safe, how much longer should I continue this regimen, or should I adjust the frequency (for example, one tablet monthly)? I have attached my report for reference and would like guidance on the correct dosage based on my deficiency.
