My recent test results are: FBS: 120, PPBS: 167, Total cholesterol: 233, HDL: 45, LDL: 152, Non HDL cholesterol: 188. Are these results concerning for blood sugar and cholesterol levels? Please advise.

FBS 120 and PPBS 167 are slightly high this shows borderline diabetes or early Type 2. Total cholesterol 233 and LDL 152 are high, which means higher heart risk. Non HDL cholesterol 188 is also above normal needs diet and lifestyle changes. HDL is okay at 45 but can be improved.
Dr. Bhanu Suggests...
Take a HbA1c Test (Hemoglobin A1c) Test or Take a Lipid Profile Test Test

I recently had my lipid profile done, and my triglycerides are 193 mg/dL, while the normal limit is less than 150 mg/dL. My weight and BMI are normal, but I delivered a baby 8 months ago, consumed a lot of desi ghee, and currently have minimal physical activity. Could you please advise how I can reduce my triglycerides? Do I need medication, or can it be managed with diet and lifestyle changes?
