Is my report normal? What medication is needed to increase my chances of becoming a father? I do not drink, but my blood test from five months ago showed Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D deficiency. Please advise.

Nutritional deficiencies may affect fertility. Repeat your Vitamin B12, D3, and Semen Analysis. Please take these tests to assess and improve your reproductive health.
Dr. Bhanu Suggests...
Take a Vitamin B12 Test Test or Take a Vitamin D Test Test

I have been suffering from recurrent oral ulcers since December. Currently, only two marks remain. I have consulted a dentist, general physician, and ENT surgeon. All said these are aphthous ulcers. Blood tests are normal, and biopsy was not recommended. My Vitamin B12 is now 271 after taking B12 injections and Rinifol. There is no pain like before, but the ulcers persist. What can I do to get rid of this problem permanently?
