My routine urine report shows 10 to 15 pus cells per hpf and a trace amount of protein. Epithelial cells are 2 to 3 per hpf. Could you please help me understand what this means and if any treatment is needed?

This could indicate a mild urinary tract infection. Drink more fluids, cranberry juice, maintain hygiene, and consult a doctor if you experience burning or pain while urinating. A short course of antibiotics may be advised after a urine culture. Get advised tests done.
Dr. Siri Suggests...
Take a CULTURE AND SENSITIVITY - URINE (AUTOMATED) Test or Take a RENAL PROFILE/KIDNEY FUNCTION TEST (RFT/KFT) Test
