Hello, my aunt recovered from viral fever last week. She is not under any medication now. However, for the last 2 to 3 days, she has developed severe headache and nausea. Previously, she was under medication for high TSH but stopped the medication a few months ago thinking everything was normal and feeling fine. The fresh test today shows TSH 18.77, T3 117, and T4 9.4. The reports indicate a high TSH level. She is worried and needs help.

I have been experiencing a low grade fever for the past 15 days, mostly in the evenings between 7 to 10 PM, and sometimes after 4 PM. The temperature varies between 98.5F and 99.5F. I have taken Dolo 650 twice. I sometimes feel heaviness in my eyes, but it improves after eating. I have done a Widal test and CBC, which showed only a mild increase in ESR. I am unable to understand the cause of this persistent fever. What could be the reason, and what treatment should I follow?

My thyroid function test shows TSH of 4.90?microIU/mL. I have been experiencing hair loss for the past two months, and my hairline has receded significantly. Could this hair loss be due to my thyroid levels?
