Vitamin D level of 7 indicates severe deficiency. Can cause bone pain, backache, fatigue. Take 60,000 IU weekly vitamin D for 6 to 8 weeks (doctor guided). Get sunlight exposure (20 mins daily). Recheck levels after 2 months.

Hello doctor, my mother is 54 years old. She is suffering from severe pain in her whole body. Blood tests show calcium 8 and vitamin D 13. She is now unable to stand or walk.
