My vitamin D test level is 7 as per recent test reports from 2 days ago. I have had a backache for the last 6 months. Kindly recommend treatment?

Vitamin D level of 7 indicates severe deficiency. Can cause bone pain, backache, fatigue. Take 60,000 IU weekly vitamin D for 6 to 8 weeks (doctor guided). Get sunlight exposure (20 mins daily). Recheck levels after 2 months.
