For the past few months, I have been experiencing irregularities in my menstrual cycle, with delays in my periods. This month, I have missed my period entirely. All my blood tests and ultrasound reports are normal.

If your periods are delayed or missed but blood tests and ultrasound are normal, stress, weight changes, or hormonal imbalance may be the cause. If sexually active, take a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy. If periods continue to be irregular, your doctor may consider checking thyroid profile and prolactin levels to find the cause. Maintain a balanced diet, manage stress, and exercise regularly to support cycle regulation.

View allI had my period for six days. On the 9th day after my period, we had protected intercourse, but due to some confusion, I took an ipill within 48 hours. I experienced a small amount of brown discharge with some clots and abdominal pain, for which I used a sanitary napkin. I took a urine pregnancy test after the brown discharge, and it was negative. Could I still be pregnant?

My report mentions that I have an anteverted uterus with no focal lesions, no free fluid in the POD, and no ascites. The endometrial thickness is 9.3 mm. I have not had my period yet. I have PCOD, and I ovulated around the 21st, while my expected period date was the 23rd. Could you please explain what this report means.

I have irregular periods and took a urine pregnancy test 21 days after having unprotected sex. What are the chances that this result could be a false negative?
