Two months ago, my blood report showed Vitamin D3 at 17, and I started taking one tablet weekly as prescribed. After two months, my Vitamin D3 level has dropped to 9. Which supplement should I take for faster recovery, considering that relying on sunlight is not an option?

Levels dropping despite weekly dose suggests poor absorption or underdosing. Consider 60,000 IU instead of 10k weekly or switch to daily oral spray or sublingual form.

View allI was diagnosed with autoimmune hepatitis with liver cirrhosis in 2015. I weigh 65 kg and am taking Omnacortil 10 mg and Azoran 50 mg. I often feel nauseated and full, and I have not been able to gain weight. Recent reports show no signs of cirrhosis, but autoimmune hepatitis persists. Blood tests reveal a vitamin D deficiency. I experience constant muscle weakness and pain in my leg muscles and bones. Is this situation serious? How can I recover from the vitamin D deficiency, and what steps should I take to improve my muscle strength and overall health?
