My ultrasound showed grade 5 and grade 2 varicocele in both testicles. The doctors are saying surgery might be the only option is that really the case? Are there other treatments I could try first? I'm a bit worried about what this means for my fertility and overall health. What would you recommend?

I have really tight foreskin and I know it's phimosis. I'm looking for a way to treat it with medicine instead of surgery because I'm really worried about this. Can you suggest any non-surgical options that might help?
