View allMy unmarried relative has been suffering from nerve tingling on the left side of her body, from head to toes, including the left side of her back. A local doctor prescribed a course of 7 injections in the elbow area, but after taking them, she is now feeling even more tingling. I have attached her blood report for your review. My recent blood test shows that my Vitamin B12 level is 204 pg per ml, while the normal reference range is 211 to 911 pg per ml. Should I be concerned about this mild deficiency? Would you recommend taking Vitamin B12 supplements, or should I try to improve it through natural dietary sources first? Also, what would be an ideal or healthy Vitamin B12 level for someone of my age (27 years) and height (5.11)?
