CBC and urine routine tests are also normal. Despite taking antibiotics and paracetamol, the fever persists. Could you please advise what might be causing this and what steps we should take next?

I just received my father blood test report and the results say IGG negative, IGM positive, and NS1 antigen negative. Does that mean he is diagnosed with dengue virus?

I have had a fever since last Sunday. Blood tests showed: Dengue NS1 Antigen is Positive, IgM Antibodies is Negative, IgG Antibodies is Positive. I would like to know: Under what conditions or severity of dengue should a patient be hospitalized? Is there any specific medicine available in India for treating dengue?
