I recently underwent Vamanam, Virechana, and Vasti. Since childhood, I have experienced very poor concentration, difficulty with memory retention (especially verbal), wrinkled and dry skin, continuous gas and bloating. After these three Panchakarma treatments, I felt some improvement, especially in memory retention, though the issue still persists. An allopathy doctor reviewed my blood report and mentioned that I lack certain enzymes and minerals essential for metabolism. He also suggested I may have fatty liver or chronic fatty liver, which could lead to toxins in the blood affecting brain concentration, thinking, and memory. Would undergoing Raktamokshana help me?

I am experiencing dryness and tingling sensations in my palms and feet, which sometimes itch. I also feel tingling in my hands while sleeping and notice some liquid dripping from my fingers. My nerve conduction test report came back normal, but I have vitamin D deficiency. Please suggest what additional tests I should undergo to identify the exact cause of these symptoms, along with any treatment recommendations. Thanks in advance.

I am 25 years old and have been experiencing weakness, fatigue, shortness of breath, excessive sleep, and occasional hand shivering. I consulted a doctor who advised various tests, including an X ray, all of which came back normal. The doctor said I am okay and recommended focusing on diet and exercise, which I am already doing. Another doctor suggested testing my Vitamin B12, Vitamin D3, and calcium levels. Although my mother received injections and has normal reports, my tests show a Vitamin B12 level of 182 (normal range 239 to 931) and Vitamin D (25hydroxy) level of 18.8 (normal range 20 to 100). Are these results normal? Please advise on what steps I should take.
