I went to Dr. Mukherjee with stones in my gall bladder which needed laparoscopic surgery. As any regular person with jitters about going under the knife, I was quite skeptical and anxious. Dr. Mukherjee was exceptional in preparing me mentally for the surgery and explained the process, recovery time and all aspects of it very well. The procedure of course was done smoothly. My brother went to Dr. Mukherjee with stones in his gall bladder that needed laparoscopic surgery( laparoscopic cholecystectomy) . The surgery was a bit different from a normal one as the patient had developed inflation and severe infection in his gall bladder that had affected the functioning of his liver as well. Dr. Mukherjee was very cooperative and helped the patient get ready for the surgery by proper counseling and support. Dr. Mukherjee was exceptional in preparing the patient mentally for the surgery and explained the process, recovery time and all aspects of it very well. The procedure of course was done smoothly.
