Dr. Chandrakant Tarke

Dr. Chandrakant Tarke is a senior consultant Pulmonologist and Chest Physician at Apollo Hospitals, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. He has done his MD (Pulmonary Medicine) in Vallabhbhai Patel Chest Institute, Delhi (2012). He did DM in Pulmonary Medicine from University of Delhi (2017). He obtained European Diploma in Respiratory Medicine from University of Bern, Switzerland (2017). He trained in advanced Interventional Pulmonology at Serdang Hospital, Malaysia (2022). He obtained Fellowship of Asian Pacific Society of Respirology (FAPSR) Japan (2022) and Fellowship of National College of Chest Physicians (FNCCP) (2022). He has received several prestigious awards in the lifetime of his career including NCCP (I)Prof. S.N. Gaur Young Scientist’s Award 2016 for best clinical research paper presentation in NAPCON 2016 (24-27 Nov 2016) at Mumbai. Guinness World Record certificate for participating in ‘Largest oral Hygiene lesion’ held in Telangana, India on 3rd February 2019. Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Memorial Excellence Award 2020 on 25th November, 2020. ‘Vaidya Ratna Award 2022’ by Mother Foundation, Hyderabad. Apollo ‘Young Clinician Award 2022’, in a ceremony held on 5th February 2023 at Chennai, India. Telangana Bhushan Puraskar- Best Pulmonologist, at Hyderabad (May 2023) by Global Scholar Foundation.
