I am extremely happy and satisfied with Dr Mercy maam during my pregnancy journey I was anxious and excited about my pregnancy but Doctor handled me with utmost care and compassion Mercy Maam was so considerate about me that was a great relief during my pregnancy time She consoled me whenever I was tensed and worried about my pregnancy Throughout my pregnancy journey though I faced some troubles from the part of hospital administration it was because of her support and steadfast service I continued in this hospital Whenever I faced delays in various hospital procedure she took immediate action to resolve the problem and ensure a smooth consultation By the last trimester I was diagnosed with gestational hypertension and was worried about my delivery Doctor assured me that everything will be alright On October 1st I went to do PV and since my BP was high Dr advised me to take admission and be ready for delivery I was admitted in the labour ward and doctor made frequent visits to the labour ward to monitor my condition Even after duty time she enquired about my well being over phone and gave necessary instructions to the duty nurse Even though October 2nd Gandhi Jayanti was a holiday Mercy maam came to hospital as I was being prepared for my delivery By afternoon I gave birth to a baby girl My husband was given constant updates about my condition Even after my delivery Mercy Maam inquired about my condition to labour room nurses that night as well via phone I got discharged on 4th October and follow up visit was advised after 12 days to review my condition I am really thankful to Dr Mercy maam for helping me have a normal and safe delivery Also I extend my gratitude to her team of doctors especially Dr Chandrika and labour room nurses Anagha Tiji Sneha Vilby Sophie Geethu and all other labour room staffs who extended their valuable support on 1st and 2nd of October 2024 May God bless all of them with good health and happiness
