therapy for anxiety

I'd stressful situations related to work and relationships when I first visited Dr. Reena. Once I started the therapy, things started changing over a period of time. Her counseling helped me better understand myself and made me acknowledge where I'd to work on while at the same time appreciating the little progress I'd made. Over a period of one year, the steady changes helped by Dr. Reena led to a complete change in my situation. Very approachable by nature. Patiently listens to all our concerns and is very supportive. Instills sense of confidence in patients. She teaches how to embrace our personality without sense of remorse. The course really helped me turn my life around. If you're considering psychotherapy and change in life habits, do take this up!

Anxiety and depression

I started CBT for my anxiety and career problems. I am student and had this problem since childhood and that affect my college life and got depressed. Dr. Reena Mam is so comfortable to talk. I am now able to deal with my anxiety problem and focus on my career. I feel confidence in my life now. I feel very comfortable to open up my thoughts infront of Dr. Reena Mam. My issue is resoving at good speed so I am happy about it. I am thankful for this.

post partum depression

i would strongly recommend dr reena for post partum depression. she is amazing. she helped me healing from depression and suggested me the right solution for my problems. she is so supportive and understanding. thank you dr reena for everything 🙏🏻🙂

Anxiety and depression

I have been consulting Dr. Reena since the past 6 months for anxiety and depression. She is very calm and composed and listens carefully before giving any feedback or advise. Safe to say that I have seen a massive transformation in myself and am feeling much better. I still continue to consult her for ensuring that my mental health stays on track.
